Took a trip East, down to Columbia Road Flower Market with my mum on sunday. I absolutely loved it. The bustling uplifting atmosphere and smell of fresh flowers on a sunny morning. home made cakes and freshly brewed coffee exchanged through doorways hidden behind the stands and little boutiquey shops, everything from small art galleries, cupcake shops, vintage clothes stores, garden and antique shops, and English and Italian delis. (not to mention numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants in which to refuel) . We couldn’t help but make a few purchases, our flowers of choice included some blooming crisp white roses, with a pale pink and green touch – spikey Thistles and smaller purpley pink roses with a darker defined edge. They were beautiful and smelt divine! I think I’ve found one of my favourite places on a sunday morning …. ...

I spent a year and a half Playing the role of Lorraine In the West End production Jersey Boys at The Prince Edward Theatre In Soho. Wondering around is one of my favourite things to do. So being based right in the middle of Soho it was ideal! Finding hidden gems whether its new little coffee shops, bakeries, bars, pop up galleries, vintage stores, restaurants – (Its turned into more of a hobby than anything!) However during my return back to stage door walking up Frith street every so often, unbeknown to me a wonderful photographer and dear friend captured me wondering into work…….
